Lee E. Fortney

07/23/1923 - 01/23/2012    Lee E. Fortney, Sr., of Camp Hill passed away Monday afternoon at Holy Spirit Hospital. 

He was born on July 23, 1923 to Ira A. Fortney and Mary A. Bender Fortney. 

He was a retired warehouse foreman at Olmsted AFB in Middletown Pa.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Anna May Fortney and their first daughter Linda Christine Fortney. 

Surviving are daughter, Mary J. Fortney of Mechanicsburg, a son, Lee E. Fortney Jr. of Steelton Pa, and a grandson, Justin Kelley of Mesa AZ. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 11 am at the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home. The Rev. Stacey Goodling will be officiating. There will be a viewing from 10-11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the East Harrisburg Cemetery.
