Romaine Faye Felker
Romaine Faye Felker, “Mame”, 79, of Halifax, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus at the Manor at Susquehanna Village, Millersburg, on January 12, 2010.
Born on March 30, 1930 to the late James Calvin Lash and Edith Martin Lash, she was the wife of Ned Dreese Felker, who survives her.
She was a 25 year employee of Fine Art Photo, attended Halifax United Methodist Church and was a member of the Millersburg Senior Citizen Center. She was a devoted cat lover.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 sons, Ronald N. Felker and his wife Kim of Halifax, James R. Felker of Halifax, a sister Ethel Cordner of Harrisburg, 2 brothers, James Lash of Harrisburg, Russell Lash of Chambersburg and 2 grandchildren, Jennifer Felker and Aaron Felker. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Charles Lash and Ferne Lash.
Memorial services will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 16, 2010 in Halifax United Methodist Church, 105 Wind Hill Drive Halifax, with Pastor Dale E. Parker officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
