Nancy O. Weisberg
Nancy O. Weisberg, 68, of Harrisburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital.
She was born on August 7, 1941 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Nancy was a graduate of Temple University and was a retired school teacher as well as a day care director.
She was a member of Chisuk Emuna Congregation, the Chisuk Emuna Sisterhood.
and a lifemember of Hadassah.
She greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren as well as attending the theatre.
Surviving are her husband Joel Weisberg, 2 sons; Larry A. Weisberg and his wife Rebecca of Harrisburg, David I. Weisberg and his wife Jamie of Williamstown, 2 sisters; Leslie Bosler of Philadelphia, Judy Rubin of Coral Springs, FL, 7 grandchildren; Hannah Weisberg, Alison Weisberg, Aaron Weisberg, Cutter Weisberg, Mikayla Weisberg, Grace Weisberg, and Lexi Weisberg. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Oren, her mother & stepfather Florence (Sand) Oren Survetnick & George Survetnick.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Thursday, December 24, 2009 in the Chapel of Chisuk Emuna Cemetery with Rabbi Ron Muroff officiating. Burial will be in Chisuk Emuna Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home, 3125 Walnut St. Susquehanna Township.
