Faye Myra (Jacka) Stevens
Faye Myra (Jacka) Stevens passed away July 8, 2010 in Myerstown, PA. She was born July 27, 1926, in Three Springs, PA to the late Clair Robert and Ruth Elizabeth (Barber) Jacka.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Stevens, with whom she married on December 25, 1945.
She is survived by her son, Dennis Jack Stevens of Cleona, PA; brother, Clair R. Jacka; sister, Lois Boop, both of Mifflinburg, PA; half-brothers, Donald Bergerson of West Branch, MI, Don Elder of Albany, OR, Richard and Robert Elder of AZ; half-sisters, Betty Cooper, Albany, OR, Joyce Walls, Las Vegas, NV, Shirley Hohlfelder, Millersburg, OR and Mary Lentz, Independence, OR; 2 grandchildren, Shelly Ann (Stevens) Lineweaver and Dennis Gary Stevens and 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
