Alice El Rouss
Alice El Rouss, 85, of Harrisburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the home of her daughter in Princeton, NJ.
She was born on March 7, 1925 in Kosba, Lebanon to the late Dr. George Jureige and Lola Barakat.
She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
Surviving are 2 daughters: Randa Khouri and family of Princeton, NJ, Lina Nakhleh and family of Bronxville, NY, 3 brothers: General (retired) Maurice Jureige an family of Beirut, Lebanon, Simon Jureige and family of Kosba, Lebanon, Edmond Jureige and family of Ehden, Lebanon, 2 sisters: Yvette Baz and family of Toronto, Canada, Lolette Jureige and family of Harrisburg, 5 grandchildren: Sani Khouri and family,
Daniel Khouri, Nora Ferguson and family, Careen Nakhleh, Lisa Nakhleh, 4 great grandchildren: Alexander & Alyssa Khouri, Lily & Caroline Ferguson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, July 17, 2010 in St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 2800 Paxton Church Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112, with Rev. Father Daniel F.X. Powell as celebrant. Burial will be in Shoop's Cemetery, Lower Paxton Township.
